ManagedWP was born due to a lack of reliable WordPress management and support services in the UK.After doing a lot of freelance work on WordPress, we discovered that most people used cheap offshore freelances, who did terrible work and left clients' sites full of problems, including security vulnerabilities, backdoors, slow performance, malware and more.We also discovered that 100% of clients we did work for did not have anyone regularly managing or maintaining their website, they waited until something broke, and then hired a different freelancer each time. This resulted in tons of different people having full admin access to their website, many of whom would continue to login after the work was done and cause problems, in the hope of getting more work presumably.We also discovered that a lot of the other agencies were simply outsourcing all their work to India or freelance websites, and so suffered from the same issues.ManagedWP hosts and manages everything in the UK on fast, secure,  ISO27001 certified data center, with servers optimized for WordPress using Litespeed server.Unlike almost ever other website designers you will meet, we also have a background in hosting and security and actually know what we are doing when it comes to keeping your site secure and our servers are also ultra-secure by default with mod_security advanced application firewall rules to block common WordPress threats.
