Ajax is passionate about data visualization and loves being part of its vibrant and passionate community. Over the years, they have contributed to and fostered this community by creating platforms which allow for the debate of ideas within this exciting field of design. Aside from their design practice, Ajax has kept busy running workshops, exploring the fundamentals of data visualization and sharing the ways to present data. Ajax has also taught at Ravensbourne College and London College of Communication in the United Kingdom, as well as ArtEZ University of the Arts in the Netherlands. The core of each data design project is to communicate the content clearly and effectively. Therefore, Ajax's design process consists of a road map which guides them and their team from the concept to the finished outcome. This journey begins with a discovery phase which allows for the sharing of ideas and the identification of potential routes for visualizing data. After receiving feedback, ideas are refined into schematic prototypes and turned into designs whether interactive, print, or other formats.
